Client: Private
Construction Value: £35,000
Completion: 2003
Location: London
The 10m2, plywood-clad unit includes integrated modular furniture and storage. It was prefabricated off site, delivered fully insulated and pre-wired as a flat pack, then assembled in just one day.
The standard module provides a base that is tailored to the specific requirements of the client and the setting. Bespoke elements include a copper-clad roof and water chute, frameless ‘pop out’ viewing window and two large, oak sliding corner doors.
