Communal courtyard living

The neighbourly environment supports family life with opportunities to meet and interact. A shared garden provides space for growing vegetables, having barbeques and playing games.

The homes are designed to achieve ambitious Code for Sustainable Homes Level 5, ensuring high energy efficiency, and Lifetime Homes standards, to meet the changing needs of the residents.
